Adding SFTP server

About this task

Use this procedure to configure an SFTP server that connects to the POM server.

Before you begin

Log on to POM.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. In the content pane, click Configurations > SFTP Configurations.

    POM displays the SFTP Configurations page.

  3. To add a new SFTP server, click New SFTP Server.

    POM displays the New SFTP Server page.

  4. In the Organization field, select your organization.
  5. In the Name field, type the name of the server.
  6. In the Host field, type the FQDN of the server.
  7. In the Username field, type a name to log on to the server.
  8. In the Password field, type a password to log on to the server.
  9. In the Confirm Password field, retype the password.
  10. In the Path field, type the path of the valid directory on the SFTP server.
  11. Click Test Connection.
