Associating contact attributes with organization

About this task

Use this procedure to associate contact attributes with one or multiple organizations available on your POM system.

Note:

You can associate attributes with organizations if you select the Private option when you create an attribute.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click Contact Attributes.
  3. On the Contact Attributes page, under the Name column, point to the required attribute and click actions icon and click Associate to Organization.
    Note:

    The Associate to Organization option is available if you select the Private option when you create an attribute.

  4. In the Organization Association dialog box, select the organizations as required and, click Save.
