Use this page to import agents. You can import agents using the following two options:
Communication Manager
CSV file
AACC, if POM is installed in AACC mode

Import Options
Import agents from Communication Manager
To import agents from Communication Manager. When you click this option, POM displays the Select Skill section.
Select Skill
Available Skills
This area displays the names of available skills.
To select one or more skills from the available skills, do one of the following:
To move an agent from Available Skills to Selected Skills, click corresponding to that agent.
To move all agents from Available Skills to Selected Skills, click Add All.
Selected Skills
This area displays the names of selected skills.
To remove one or more skills from the selected skills, do one of the following:
To remove a selected skill from Selected Skills to Available Skills, click corresponding to that agent.
To remove all agents from Selected Skills to Available Skills, click Remove All.
Import agents from file
Upload CSV File to import agents
To upload the CSV file to import agents.
The CSV file must be a comma separated file with the following format:
AgentId,AgentName,Organizations,Groups
The mandatory headers are AgentId and AgentName.
Local File to import agents
To import a CSV file stored on a server. When you click this option, POM displays the Local Path field to enter the path of the CSV file that you want to import.
Browse File
To select the file to upload. POM displays this button when you click the Upload CSV File to import agents option.
Local Path
To enter the path of the local file. POM displays this field when you click the Local File to import agents option.
Last Import Details
To view the details of last import.
Import Agents
To import the agents.
Cancel
To cancel the procedure and return to the agent configuration page.
