Add Address/User Contact ID/Customer ID To DNC List page field descriptions

Use this page to add address, User Contact IDs, and Customer IDs to the DNC list. You can enter the phone number or the email address.

Note:

When you add the phone number as a DNC address, ensure you enter the country code, country code separator, and the phone number. If you do not add the country code, POM uses the default country code specified in the global configuration for applying Country Specific Phone Settings, and the rejection patterns.

Field or Button

Description

Destination Phone/Email/User Contact ID/Customer ID

Use to specify the phone number, the email address, User Contact ID, or Customer ID.

User Contact ID

Select the check box to mark the DNC Address as a User Contact ID.

Customer ID

Select the check box to mark the DNC Address as a Customer ID.

Add

Click to add an address to the DNC list.

Note:

You must click Save to add the DNC address to the list.

Address list

Lists the DNC addresses.

ID Type

Lists the ID type of a DNC address.

Actions

Click to delete the address.

DNC for Days

Use the text box to enter the number of days for which you want POM to keep the address in the DNC List. After the days end, POM removes the address from the DNC List and the address becomes available for dialing.

If you do not specify the number of days, then the address would be permanently added to the DNC list.

The valid range for DNC for days is from 1 to 999.

Note:

DNC Period is calculated based on the local time of the POM server.

For example, if the user adds an address to DNC list today and specifies 1 day in the DNC for days field, then the address will be in DNC list till the midnight of the local time on POM server. After midnight, it would be removed from the DNC list and would be available for dialing.
