Adding a new agent attribute

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Attributes.
  3. On the Agent Attributes page, click New Agent Attribute.
  4. Specify values for the following fields:

    • Attribute Name

    • Data Type

    • Description

  5. Click Save.
