Use this page to associate EPM servers with a data center group.

Name

Description

Group Name

A logical name for a data center.

Mode

The mode of the data center. POM supports the following modes:

  • Active: Indicates that the POM servers in the data center manage the outbound campaigns.

  • Standby: Indicates that the POM servers are in the hot standby mode and do not manage the outbound campaigns.

Configure EPM Servers

EPM Servers

The list of EPM servers configured on Avaya Experience Portal.

EPM Ip Address

The IP address of the EPM servers configured on Avaya Experience Portal.

EPM User Name

The user name of EPM.

EPM Password

The password for the EPM user.
