Editing a custom completion code

About this task

You cannot edit the name of a custom completion code.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Completion Codes.
  3. On the Completion Codes page, click the Actions icon Actions icon corresponding to the custom completion code and click Edit.
  4. On the <completion code name> page, modify the details.
  5. Click Save.
