Use this procedure to enable POM to identify and empty invalid phone number attribute values from a contact list when you add a data source. The invalid phone numbers are the numbers that match the rejection criteria or do not match the Country Specific Phone Settings rules.
Procedure
In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
On the Contacts menu, click Contact Lists.
On the Contact Lists page, click the required contact list.
Click the Data Source tab, and click New Data Source.
On the New Data Source page, in Advanced Options, do the following:
Required Select Clean up non numeric characters from phone numbers.
Required Select one or both of the following options:
Check phone numbers for reject patterns
Check phone numbers for phone formats
Add the other relevant information required to add a data source, and click Finish.
