POM Home page

Use this page to display columns such as Campaigns, Contact List, Agents, and Favorites used to display specific statistics. You can also use this page to customize the POM Home page.

Field or Button

Description

Last Poll

Displays the date and time when the page is last refreshed.

Use to refresh the POM Home page.

User view settings icon

Use to go to the Customize Users View dialog box to customize the POM Home page.

Columns

Displays the following columns on the POM Home page to view specific statistics:

  • Campaigns

  • Contact List

  • Agents

  • Favorites

  • System Notifications

    For users who have permission to access Health monitor, POM displays this widget when the system limits or the threshold for system limits are exceeded. For more information, see System Notifications widget.

POM displays the Customize Users View dialog box to customize the POM Home page when you click User view settings icon. Use this dialog box to select the required views, set the auto-refresh rate, and change the positions of the columns on the page.

Field or Button

Description

Select Views

Use to select the following columns to view specific statistics and links on the POM Home page:

  • Campaigns

  • Contact List

  • Agents

  • Favorites

Auto Refresh Rate (In seconds)

Use to set the auto-refresh rate for the page. The default value is 60. The minimum value is 10.

The Experience Portal web console refreshes the POM Home page based on this value.

When you log in to the Experience Portal web console for the first time, the POM Home page displays the agent details as 0. The POM Home page displays the agent details after the first polling interval.

Save

Use to save the changes.

Cancel

Use to cancel the changes and return to the POM Home page.

Favorites column

Use this column to view and customize your favorite page links. You can click the links to navigate to the corresponding pages.

Field or Button

Description

Use to go to the Favorites dialog box to customize the Favorites column.

Favorite list

Use this list to select the following items displayed in the Favorites column:

  • Agent Address Book

  • Contact Lists

  • DNC Lists

  • Completion Codes

  • POM Settings

  • POM Manager

  • Global Phone Number Reject Patterns

Actions

  • Hide / Show - Use to show or hide an item from the Favorites column.

  • Column position change icon - Use to arrange the items in the Favorite List.

Save

Use to save the changes.

Cancel

Use to cancel the changes and return to the POM Home page.

System Notifications widget

POM displays this widget when POM detects that the supported system limits or the threshold for system limits are exceeded or when the purge was not executed.

In this widget, POM provides information about one or more of the following scenarios:

  • The total number of the contact lists in which the number of contacts exceeds the supported system limit.

  • The total number of the contact lists in which the number of contacts exceeds the threshold percentage.

  • A campaign for which the total number of contacts across all the contact lists configured for the campaign (without applying filter criteria) exceeds the supported system limit of number of contacts in a campaign, is also considered as exceeding supported system limits. Total number of all such campaigns is displayed.

  • A campaign for which the total number of contacts across all the contact lists configured for the campaign (without applying filter criteria) exceeds the threshold percentage of number of contacts in a campaign, is also considered as exceeding threshold percentage. Total number of all such campaigns is displayed.

  • The total number of contacts in the POM database that exceeds the supported system limit.

  • The total number of contacts in the POM database that exceeds the threshold percentage.

  • The total count of records in the contact_attempts_history table in the POM database that exceeds the supported system limit.

  • The total number of records in the contact_attempts_history table in the POM database that exceeds the threshold percentage.

  • The total number of campaigns that exceeds the supported system limit for callbacks.

  • The total number of campaigns that exceeds the threshold percentage for callbacks.

  • The total number of callbacks in the POM database that exceeds the supported system limit.

  • The total number of callbacks in the POM database that exceeds the threshold percentage.

  • The total number of organizations that exceeds the supported system limit for callbacks.

  • The total number of organizations that exceeds the threshold percentage for callbacks.

  • Displays a purge notification if the last purge schedule was not executed.

For more information, the System Notifications widget displays an option to navigate to the POM System Limits tab on the POM Health Monitor page.

Click to navigate to the POM System Limits tab on POM Health Monitor to see more information about the campaigns, contacts, contact lists, and records that exceed the system limit.

System Restrictions widget

The system restrictions widget displays information about restrictions based on the current system load. This widget is displayed only when the current system load exceeds the pre-defined threshold limit.

In this widget, POM provides information about the following applied restrictions:
  • Maximum x parallel imports are allowed.

  • Imports with the maximum of x records per import are allowed.

  • Reports are temporarily blocked.

The value of x is calculated depending on the current load of the POM system. For more information about the parameters considered to determine the POM system load, see the System Load section in the POM Health Monitor page field descriptions.

For more information, the System Restrictions widget displays an option to navigate to the System Load tab on the POM Health Monitor page.

When POM detects that the current system load exceeds the pre-defined threshold limit, POM applies restrictions on parallel imports, large imports, and reports, and the system restrictions window then opens and provides information about the restrictions.

POM applies restrictions for the smooth running of the POM system and avoiding breakdowns during production.

The system restrictions window is displayed only once during each user session, either when the user visits the POM Home page or the POM Health Monitor page.

Campaigns column

This column displays different campaign statistics. To customize a Campaigns column view, you can add a label name and select the campaign state and date. The Campaigns column displays statistics using a pie chart and list with the count and label.

Add New Item

Use to add items in the Item list.

Specify the following in the Add New Item dialog box:
  • Item Name: Use to specify a name for the item.

  • State: Use to select the state of the campaign. The available options are:

    • Running

    • Paused

    • Completed

    • Scheduled

  • Duration: Use to select the period to display the campaign records.

    • Between: Select the Start Date and End Date using the calendar wizard.

      Note:

      The End Date must be after the Start Date.

    • Predefined Values: Select from the following values as required:

      • All

      • Today

      • Yesterday

      • Tomorrow

      • This Week

      • Next Week

      • Last Week

      • This Month

      • Next Month

      • Last Month

Item

Use this list to select the items to display in the Campaigns column. The list displays the items that you add using Add New Item.

Note:

The Campaigns column can display a maximum of five items.

Actions

  • Hide / Show - Use to show or hide an item from the Campaigns column.

  • - Use to delete an item from the Campaigns column.

  • - Use to display more options such as Delete.

    Note:

    POM displays Actions icon when you point the mouse over an Item list area.

Save

Use to save the changes.

Cancel

Use to cancel the changes and return to the POM Home page.

Contact List column

This column displays different contact list statistics. To customize a Contact List column view, you can add a label name and select the contact list state and date. The Contact List column displays statistics using a pie chart and list with the count and label.

Add New Item

Use to add items in the Item list.

Specify the following in the Add New Item dialog box:
  • Item Name: Use to specify a name for the item.

  • State: Use to select the state of the contact list. The available options are:

    • Running

    • Paused

    • Completed

    • Scheduled

  • Duration: Use to select the period to display the contact list records.

    • Between: Select the Start Date and End Date using the calendar wizard.

      Note:

Agents column

This column displays different agent statistics. The Agents column displays statistics using a pie chart and lists with the count and label. To customize the Agents column view, you can add a label name and select the agent and the agent state. The Agents column displays statistics using a pie chart and list with the count and label.

Add New Item

Use to add items in the Item list.

Specify the following in the Add New Item dialog box:
  • Item Name: Use to specify a name for the item.

  • State: Use to select the state of the agent. The available options are:

    • Ready

    • Busy

    • After Call Work

    • Not Ready

      Note:

      The Not Ready state on the POM Home page also includes the Pending Not Ready agents.

  • Select Agents: Use to select the following:
    • Id- Agent ID.

    • Ext- Agent extension number.

    You must first select the Id or Ext option and then select the corresponding value.

Item

Use this list to select the items to display in the Agents column. The list displays the items that you add using Add New Item.

Note:
  • The Agent Details item is added by default. You cannot delete this item.

  • If the agent count exceeds 800 agents assuming the agent ID is an eight-characters long, POM disables the link on the count (number). After the number of agents decreases, POM automatically enables the link.

Actions

  • Hide/Show - Use to show or hide an item from the Agents column.

  • - Use to delete an item from the Agents column.

  • - Use to display more options such as Delete.

The button to save the changes.
