Adding an agent group

About this task

Use this page to create an agent group for an organization.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Group Configuration.
  3. On the Agent Group Configuration page, click New Agent Group.
  4. On the New Agent Group page, specify values for the following fields:
    • Name

    • Description

    • Organization

    The Organization field is visible only if organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal.

  5. Click Save.
