Importing agents

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Configuration.
  3. On the Agent Configuration page, click Import Agents.
  4. On the Import Agents page, click one of the following options:

    • Import agents from Communication Manager

    • Import agents from file

    • Import agents from AACC mode

  5. Click Import Agents.
