Deleting a campaign strategy

About this task

To delete a campaign strategy that is associated with a campaign, you must first remove the campaign strategy association from the campaign, and then delete the campaign strategy.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Campaign Strategies.
  3. On the Campaign Strategies page, click Delete Delete icon corresponding to the campaign strategy you want to delete.
  4. On the confirmation message, click Yes.
