Deleting custom completion codes

About this task

You cannot delete a custom completion code in the following scenarios:

  • The completion code is part of a campaign strategy. In such cases, you must remove the association with the campaign strategy and then delete the completion code.

  • The completion code is associated with a campaign. In such cases, you must remove the association with the campaign and then delete the completion code.

  • The completion code is associated with an Avaya Orchestration Designer application created by using the PDC nodes. In such cases, you must remove the association with the Avaya Orchestration Designer application and then delete the completion code.

  • The completion code is associated with the campaign history and contact history. In such cases, you must purge the campaign data and then delete the completion code.

  • The completion code is a part of historical information stored in the database.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Completion Codes.
  3. On the Completion Codes page, do one of the following:
    • To delete a completion code, click the Actions icon Actions icon corresponding to the completion code and click Delete.

    • To delete multiple completion codes, select the completion codes and click Delete.

  4. On the confirmation message, click Delete.
