Assigning agents to a group

About this task

Use this procedure to do the following:

  • Assign agent(s) to a group.

  • Remove agent(s) assigned to a group.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Group Configuration.
  3. On the Agent Group Configuration page, click the Action icon icon of the group to which you want to add agents and then click Agent Assignment.
  4. On the Agent to Group Assignment page, do the following:
    1. To assign one or more agents from Available Agents, do one of the following:
      • To move an agent from Available Agents to Selected Agents, click Add icon corresponding to that agent.

      • To move all agents from Available Agents to Selected Agents, click Add All.

    2. To remove one or more agents from Selected Agents, do one of the following:
      • To move an agent from Selected Agents to Available Agents, click Remove icon corresponding to that agent.

      • To move all agents from Selected Agents to Available Agents, click Remove All.

  5. Click Save.
