Organization

The name of the organization. This field is visible only if organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal.

User

The list of the names of supervisors or the list of users who are assigned the roles with permission to view or operate agents at run-time, for example, View Active Agents, Release From Outbound, Move To Job, Place On Break, and Force Logoff .

The users with "Administrator" and "Org Administrator" role are not displayed in the User drop-down.

Available Agent Groups

The list of agent groups available for the selected user.

To select one or more agent groups from the list of available agent groups to assign to a selected user, do one of the following:

• To move an agent group from Available Agent Groups to Selected Agent Groups, click .

• To move all agent groups from Available Agent Groups to Selected Agent Groups, click Add All.

Selected Agent Groups

The list of agent groups assigned to the selected user.

To remove one or more agent groups from the list of selected agent groups, do one of the following:

• To move an agent group from Selected Agent Groups to Available Agent Groups, click .

• To move all agent groups from Selected Agent Groups to Available Agent Groups, click Remove All.
