Adding a country

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Country Specific Phone Settings.
  3. On the Country Specific Phone Settings page, click Add.
  4. Specify the values in the following fields:
    • Country Name

    • Country Code

    • Standard phone minimum length

    • Standard phone maximum length

    • Phone prefix

  5. Click Save.
