Creating a copy of a rule

About this task

Use this procedure to create a copy of an existing rule.

You must specify a name for the new rule.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Rules.
  3. On the Rules page, click the Actions icon Actions icon corresponding to the rule and click Save As.
  4. On the <rule name> page, in the New Name field, type a name for the new rule and add the relevant details.
  5. Click Save.
