Adding contact attributes

About this task

Use this procedure to add new contact attributes to your POM system.

Note:

While adding attributes, you might get an internal server error indicating that POM cannot complete the request before the page times out. To avoid the error, change the page timeout value in the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file, and restart the httpd and Tomcat services.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click Contact Attributes.
  3. On the Contact Attributes page, click New Attributes.
  4. On the New Attribute page, add relevant information and click Save.
