Editing a voice server

About this task

Use this procedure to set the credentials of a voice server for outbound calling.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Servers.
  3. On the Servers page, click Outbound Settings.
  4. On the Voice Servers page, click the name of the server whose credentials you want to edit.

    POM displays the Edit Voice Server page.

  5. In the User Name field, type the login name of the POM users who have the privileges for using SOAP web services.
  6. In the Password field, type a password.
  7. Click Save.
