Ensure that you configured at least one POM server and that server is in the STOPPED state.
Procedure
In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
On the Configurations menu, click Servers.
On the Servers page, select the check box for the server that you want to delete.
Click Delete.
Note:
If you attempt to delete a POM server that has any campaigns associated with it, POM displays the Cannot delete the Voice servers associated with Campaigns! warning.
Therefore, you must first remove the association of the POM server from the Campaign Creation page, and then delete the server.
For a single server deployment, you must delete the campaign before deleting the server.
