Editing a callback

About this task

You can edit the end time of a callback only if the callback is in any of the following states:

  • Waiting for job

  • Active attached to job

  • Expired

  • Contact Excluded

  • Manually cancelled

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Callback Manager.
  3. On the Callback Manager page, Edit Callback Edit Callback icon corresponding to the callback.
  4. On the Edit Callback page, modify the information.
  5. Click Save.
