Use this procedure to download a .csv template. Use this .csv file to import the contact data with the Browse File option. You can import files with ANSI or UTF-8 without BOM format.
You can use the .csv template to store contact records. You can also use the template to import records into the POM database.
Procedure
In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
On the Contacts menu, click Contact Attributes.
On the Contact Attributes page, click Generate CSV Template.
