POM Supervisor is a new role that POM introduced in Avaya Experience Portal. By default, a user with a supervisor role can access Supervisor Dashboard. A supervisor can see and manage only the agents assigned to them. The supervisors can see and manage the campaigns of their organization.

A user with an Administrator role can see all the agents. A user with an Org Administrator role can see all the agents belonging to its organization.

POM provides a global configuration parameter which is the Agent and supervisor configuration for applying the agent and supervisor configurations.
