Use this page to add multiple new DNC addresses, User Contact IDs, and Customer IDs. At a time, you can add a maximum of up to 20 addresses, User Contact IDs, or Customer IDs. When you add a phone number, the Country Specific Phone Settings, and the rejection patterns are applicable.
Note:
When you add a phone number as a DNC address, ensure you add it with the country code, country code separator, and the phone number. If you do not add the country code, POM uses the default country code specified in the global configuration for applying Country Specific Phone Settings, and the rejection patterns.

Description |
DNC for Days |
Use the text box to enter the number of days for which you want POM to keep the address in the DNC List. After the days end, POM removes the address from the DNC List and the address becomes available for dialing. If you do not specify the number of days, then the address would be permanently added to the DNC list. The valid range for DNC for days is from 1 to 999.
Note:
DNC Period is calculated based on the local time of the POM server.
For example, if the user adds an address to DNC list today and specifies 1 day in the DNC for days field, then the address will be in DNC list till the midnight of the local time on POM server. After midnight, it would be removed from the DNC list and would be available for dialing.
