Editing contact attributes

About this task

Use this page to change the properties of contact attributes. You can edit the Read only or Masked status of attributes or mark the attribute as private when multi-tenancy is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal. For more information about multitenancy, see the Administering Avaya Experience Portal guide.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click Contact Attributes.
  3. On the Contact Attributes page, do one of the following:
    • Under the Name column, click the attribute to change the required fields.

    • Under the Name column, point to the required attribute and click actions icon and click Edit to change the required fields.

    Note:

    You cannot edit the Attribute Name and Attribute Data Type.

  4. Click Save to update the attribute.
