Deleting a contact list

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click Contact Lists.
  3. On the Contact Lists page, under the Contact List Name column, point to the required contact list.

    POM displays actions icon for more options.

  4. Point to actions icon and click Delete, and click Yes to confirm deleting.

    POM displays the following message: Contact List deleted successfully.

    Note:

    You cannot delete a contact list if the list is associated with a campaign or it has any data sources.

    If you created a contact list by using the Browse File option, you must first delete the data source and then delete the contact list.

    If an administrator want to delete a contact list that is created by another Org administrator, the administrator must de-associate the organization from that contact list and then delete the contact list.
