Agent ID |
The specific identification of an agent. The identification can be a number, a string, or alphanumeric. The identification cannot contain invalid characters, such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), etc. |
Agent Name |
The name of the agent. |
Organization |
The name of the organization(s) to which the agent belongs. This field is visible only if organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal. |
Save |
To save the agent. |
Cancel |
To cancel the procedure and return to the Agent Configuration page. |
