Use this page to add an agent.

Field or Button

Description

Agent ID

The specific identification of an agent.

The identification can be a number, a string, or alphanumeric.

The identification cannot contain invalid characters, such as !, @, #, $, %, ^, &, *, (, ), etc.

Agent Name

The name of the agent.

Organization

The name of the organization(s) to which the agent belongs. This field is visible only if organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal.

Save

To save the agent.

Cancel

To cancel the procedure and return to the Agent Configuration page.
