Deleting an agent attribute

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Agents menu, click Agent Attributes.
  3. On the Agent Attributes page, click Action icon corresponding to the agent attribute to delete and then click Delete.

    The system displays a message to confirm the deletion of the agent attribute.

  4. Click Delete to delete the agent attribute.
