Use this procedure to enable POM to remove contacts from the exclusion list and make the contacts available for dialing.
Procedure
In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
On the Contacts menu, click Contact Lists.
On the Contact Lists page, under the Contact List Name column, click the required contact list.
Click the Excluded Contacts tab, and do one of the following as required:
To mark an individual contact as Callable, under the System Contact ID column, point to the required contact, click and click Delete, and in the Delete dialog box, click Delete.
To mark all the excluded contacts as Callable, click Reset.
Note:
When you click Reset, POM removes all the contacts from the exclusion list and makes them available for dialing.
