POM might display an agent script associated for Answer_Human to the agent even if POM detects an Answer_Machine to honor compliance timers.

Callback Parameters |
Preferred Agent Call back |
Use to enable or disable the callback parameter. The parameter is enabled by default. If the parameter is disabled, then an agent cannot schedule a preferred agent callback. |
Strict Agent Call back |
Use to enable or disable the callback parameter. The parameter is enabled by default. If the parameter is disabled, then an agent cannot schedule a strict agent callback. |
Campaign Call back |
Use to enable or disable the callback parameter. The parameter is enabled by default. If the parameter is disabled, then an agent cannot schedule a callback for a campaign. |
General Call back |
Use to enable or disable the callback parameter. The parameter is enabled by default. If the parameter is disabled, then an agent cannot schedule a general callback. |
Can Cancel Call back |
Use to enable or disable the callback parameter. The parameter is enabled by default. If the parameter is disabled, then an agent cannot cancel a callback. |
Nailing Call Timeout (sec) |
Use to specify the time in seconds to wait for the agent to pick up the nailing call. The minimum value is 10 seconds and the maximum value is 1800 seconds. |
