Deleting a SIP code to completion code mapping

Before you begin

Create a SIP code and associate it to a user completion code.

It is best that you perform this operation during maintenance hours and ensure that no campaigns are running and no agents are logged in.

This option is available only for user added SIP code to completion code mappings.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click SIP Codes.
  3. On the SIP Code To Completion Code page, point to a SIP code and click Delete Delete icon.
  4. Click Save.
