Adding a dialing rule

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Country Specific Phone Settings.
  3. On the Country Specific Phone Settings page, click .
  4. On the Dialing Rules page, click Add.
  5. Specify appropriate values for the fields.
  6. Click Save.
