Ensure that the name does not match the name of a system completion code.

The maximum allowed length is 80 characters.

Completion code name cannot contain the following special characters: ^, ~, `, !, ', ;, $, #, \, <, >, &, "

After you create a completion code, you cannot edit its name.

Description

Type a description for the completion code.

The description cannot contain the following special characters: ^, ~, `, !, ', ;, $, #, \,<, >, &, "

RPC

Select this check box to determine the total Right Party Connect count for the completion code.

For example, you can select the RPC check box for a blood donation campaign to mark all contacts with whom you successfully connect.

You can use this option only for custom completion codes.

The count is shown in the Completion Code Summary reports and Supervisor Dashboard.

Success

Select this check box to determine the total Success count for the completion code.

For example, you can select the Success check box for a blood donation campaign to mark all contacts who want to donate blood.

You can use this option only for custom completion codes.

The count is shown in the Completion Code Summary reports and Supervisor Dashboard.

Closure

Select this check box to determine the total Closure count for the completion code.

For example, you can select the Closure check box for a blood donation campaign to mark all contacts who provide their responses, either to donate or not to donate blood, and no further action is required.

You can use this option only for custom completion codes.

The count is shown in the Completion Code Summary reports and Supervisor Dashboard.

AMA

Select this check box to determine the total number of calls marked by an agent as Answer Machine By Agent for the completion code.

You can use this option only for custom completion codes.

The AMA option allows you to calculate falsely detected live voice calls that are actually answered by an answering machine.

POM considers completion codes that are marked by an agent for predictive and progressive campaigns only.

The count is shown in the Campaign Detail report and Supervisor Dashboard.

SIP

Select this check box to create a SIP type of completion code.

SIP type of completion codes can only be created by an administrator user and are applicable system wide to all organizations.

These completion codes are meant for mapping with SIP codes.

If you enable this option, other options (RPC, Success, Closure, AMA) get disabled.

Delete

Click to delete the completion code.

Add Completion Code

Click to add a new row for adding another completion code.

Save

Click to save the completion code.
