With this tab, you can create, schedule, edit, run, and delete the data sources.
If you do not have any data source configured,
POM displays the following message:
Record list is empty
You see the columns listed below if you configure one or multiple data sources.
Note:
If you have a database-based data source, you cannot edit the data source if the database is not running, or is not accessible.

Use to specify the data source name to search. |

Use to go to the advanced search option to apply the following filter options:

Column Name: Use the list to select one of the following search criteria options:

Operator: Use the list to select one of the following operators to specify the search criteria:

Search Text: Use to specify the text to search. This field is available if in Column Name you select Data Source Name.
Type: Use to select the data source type to search. This field is visible if in Column Name you select Type.

Displays the contact data source name. |
Type |
Displays how the contact data is imported or excluded. This can be of the following types: Upload File, File- Local, File- SFTP, Database, Custom, Exclude Contacts Upload File, Exclude Contacts File – Local, Exclude Contacts File – SFTP, Exclude Contacts Database, and Exclude Contacts Custom. To import/exclude records using a .csv file and the file resides on POM server or external system, use the File Import type. To import/exclude records from MS-SQL, Oracle, or Postgres database to the POM database, use the Database import type. To implement your own mechanism to import records, use Custom Import type. |
Last Executed |
Displays the time when the data import was last executed. |
Actions |
You can perform the following actions:
Use to view more options such as Run Now, Details, Schedule, Edit, and Delete.
Note:
POM displays when you point the mouse over a contact list area.
Use Run Now to run a data source immediately without creating a schedule.
Use Details to view the detail of a data source.
Use Schedule to create a recurring or run-once schedule for a data source.
Note:
This option is unavailable for the data sources with Automatically start import for file option disabled.
Use Edit to modify the properties of a data source.
Use Delete to delete a data source.
Note:
For the data sources created with the Upload File option, only the following action items are available:
