Use the Callback Manager page to view and modify the created callbacks. You can use the Callback Manager page to perform the following operations on the callback records:

• Edit a single callback.

• Bulk edit callbacks to reassign callbacks to other agents.

• Cancel callbacks.

• Delete a callback.

While editing a callback, the operations allowed depend on the current state and type of the callback.
