Saving a campaign strategy as draft

About this task

When creating a campaign strategy, you can save the strategy as draft if the strategy is incomplete or contains errors that you want to resolve later. For more information, see Creating a campaign strategy.

You can also save a campaign strategy which is in a Completed or Template state as draft strategy. However, you can save a completed campaign strategy as draft only if it is not used in any campaign.

You cannot use a draft strategy in a campaign.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Campaign Strategies.
  3. On the Campaign Strategies page, in Name, click the completed campaign strategy or campaign strategy template you want to save as draft.
  4. On the Campaign Strategy Editor page, click SAVE DRAFT.

To save the draft strategy as completed, on the Campaign Strategy Editor page, perform the necessary changes and click SAVE.
