The Rules page displays the list of rules associated with the organization or owned by the user organization.
By default, POM provides two system rules: 72Hours_NUISANCE and 24Hours_AMD.

Column Name |
Click the column name based on which you want to perform the advanced search. The following are the options:

Operator |
Click the operator you want to use to perform the advanced search. If you select Name in the Column Name field, the following operators are available:
Equal to (=)
Not Equal to (!=)

If you select Category in the Column Name field, the following operator is available:

Search Text |
If you select Name in the Column Name field, type the rule name based on which you want to filter the rules. If you select Category in the Column Name field, click the rule category based on which you want to filter the rules. |

Click to show or hide a column name on the Rules page. |

Displays the actions you can take on the rule. The following are the options:
Edit: To edit the rule.
Save As: To create a copy of the rule. The name and organization attributes are changed in the new rule that is created.
Associated Campaigns: To view the campaigns associated with the rule.
Delete: To delete the rule.
For system rules, only the Edit and Save As options are available. |
Name |
Displays the unique name of the rule. |
Type |
Displays whether the rule is a system rule or user-defined rule. |
Level |
Displays whether the rule is applied to all or specific campaigns. |
Restrict On |
Displays whether the rule restricts an attempt on Contact or Address. |
Category |
Displays the rule category. |
Restriction Completion Code |
Displays the completion code with which the contact is updated when the contact is restricted by the rule. |
Enabled |
Displays whether the rule is enabled or disabled. |
