Use this procedure to do the following:
Assign agent(s) to an organization.
Remove agent(s) assigned to an organization.
Ensure that organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal.
To move an agent from Available Agents to Selected Agents, click corresponding to that agent.
To move all agents from Available Agents to Selected Agents, click Add All.
To remove a selected agent from Selected Agents to Available Agents, click corresponding to that agent.
To remove all agents from Selected Agents to Available Agents, click Remove All.
