Configuring purge schedule

About this task

Use this procedure to configure and schedule the following types of purges:
  • File-based purges: When you run these purges, POM deletes all the files from the specific paths. The following are the file-based purges:

    • Contact List Import Files

    • Export Files

    • DNC Import Files

    • Splitter Files

  • Database-based purges:
    • Campaign and Agent Data: When you run these purges, POM deletes the following types of data from the database:

      • All the contact-attempt records for the completed jobs.

      • All the archived contact-attempt records for infinite campaigns.

      • All the agent-related data for agent-based campaigns.

    • Database entries of Import: When you run these purges, POM deletes the database entries created when importing the area code and contact list. An organization administrator has view-only permission for this purge. Only an administrator can configure to start this purge schedule, and the configured purge applies to all organizations. Therefore, when POM runs this purge, POM deletes the data belonging to all organizations.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Purge Schedules.
  3. On the Purge Schedules page, add relevant information.
  4. Click Save.
