Use this feature to enable POM to delete data from the database and files such as contact list import files, export files, DNC import files, and splitter files. These data might contain personal data.
By default:
For all organizations, all types of purges are configured and scheduled to run daily at 00:00 hours.
For all the upgrade installations, the existing purge schedules are not retained.
Note:
Purges get restricted when there is high load on POM. For more information on how restrictions are applied to purge, see Purge schedules and database reindexing section in Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager Overview and Specification.
