Editing SFTP server

About this task

Use this procedure to edit the information about an SFTP server that connects to the POM server.

Before you begin

Log on to POM.

Configure an SFTP server.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. In the content pane, click Configurations > SFTP Configurations.

    POM displays a list of servers on the SFTP Configurations page.

  3. Point to a server and click Edit.

    POM displays the Edit SFTP Server page.

  4. In the Name field, edit the name of the server.
  5. In the Host field, edit the FQDN of the server.
  6. In the Username field, edit the name to log on to the server.
  7. In the Password field, edit the password to log on to the server.
  8. In the Confirm Password field, retype the password.
  9. In the Path field, edit the path of the valid directory on the SFTP server.
  10. Click Save.
