Adding a DNC group

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click DNC Groups.
  3. On the DNC Groups page, click Add.
  4. In the Add Group dialog box, do the following:
    1. Enter the Name of the DNC group.
    2. Enter a Description of the DNC group.

      This is an optional field.

    3. Click Add.
