Monitoring POM system health

About this task

Use this procedure to monitor the real-time health of POM system. You can monitor the resource utilization, such as CPU and memory utilization, per POM server and by every service within the POM server.

For example, you can monitor the CPU usage by a POM server and also monitor the CPU usage by every service that runs on the POM server.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Configurations menu, click Servers.
  3. On the Servers page, select the POM server and click POM Health Monitor.
  4. Click the All Services tab to monitor the resource utilization by all services running on the POM server.
  5. Click the Top 5 Services tab to monitor the resource utilization by the top five services running on the POM server.
  6. Click the System Info tab to monitor the overall system performance.
  7. Click the POM System Limits tab to monitor the items that exceed the default system/threshold limit.
