This page lets you manage the campaign strategies.

Field or Button

Description

Text box

Use to search a campaign strategy by its name.

Click Advanced to perform advanced search.

The following fields are displayed when you click Advanced.

Drop-down list

Click the following search criterion:

  • Name

Drop-down list

Click the operator you want to use with the search criterion. You can use any of the following operators:

  • Equal to (=)

  • Not Equal to (!=)

  • in

  • like

  • not like

Text box

Type the text based on which you want to search the campaign strategies.

Search

Search icon

Click to start the search.

Clear search

Clear search icon

Click to clear the search.

Quick

Click to return from advanced search.

Show

Type the number of records to be displayed per page.

Page

Displays the current page number out of the total pages.

First Page First Page icon

Click to go to the first page.

Previous Previous icon

Click to go to the previous page.

Text box

Type a particular page to navigate.

Go

Click to navigate to the specified page number.

Next Next icon

Click to go to the next page.

Last Page Last Page icon

Click to go to the last page.

Field or Button

Description

Name

Displays the names of the existing campaign strategies.

State

Displays the state of the campaign strategy. A campaign strategy can be in a Draft or Completed state.

A Draft state indicates that the campaign strategy configuration is not complete. A campaign strategy in Draft state cannot be used in any campaign.

A Completed state indicates that the campaign strategy configuration is complete and can be used in campaigns.

Task Types

Displays the following:

  • Agent Agent icon: Indicates that the strategy includes an agent.

  • Voice Voice icon: Indicates that the strategy includes a Call action node.

  • Mail Mail icon: Indicates that the strategy includes a Mail action node.

  • SMS SMS icon: Indicates that the strategy includes an SMS action node.

  • Custom Custom icon: Indicates that the strategy includes a Custom action node.

Action

You can use the following options:

  • Save Campaign Strategy as Save Campaign Strategy as icon: To create a copy of the campaign strategy or save the campaign strategy as a template.

  • Campaign Strategy Overview Campaign Strategy Overview icon: To view the campaign strategy summary. You can view the summary of only those campaign strategies that are in a Completed state.

  • Export Export icon: To export the campaign strategy.

  • Delete Delete icon: To delete the campaign strategy.

Add

Click to create a new campaign strategy.

Import

Click to import a campaign strategy in your POM server. You can only import a campaign strategy .xml file that is exported from a POM environment. You cannot import a file after making changes to it. After importing the file, save the strategy in a draft state. Save the strategy after making the necessary changes.

Import Strategy

The Import Strategy area is displayed after you click Import.

New name

Type a new name for the file. If you do not specify a name, POM saves the strategy with the name of the file which you are importing. If a strategy with the same name already exists, POM displays an error message.

File to upload

Specify the path of the file. Click Choose File to navigate to the file.

Import

Click to import the campaign strategy.
