New Completion Code

Click to add a new completion code.

Delete

To delete multiple completion codes, select the completion codes and click Delete.

Search Completion Code

Use to search a completion code by its ID or name.

Filter

Click to perform advanced search on the completion codes.

Column Name

Click the column name based on which you want to perform the advanced search.

The following are the options:

• Completion Code: To filter the completion codes by name.

• RPC: To filter the completion codes based on whether the RPC option is enabled or disabled for the completion codes.

• Success: To filter the completion codes based on whether the Success option is enabled or disabled for the completion codes.

• Closure: To filter the completion codes based on whether the Closure option is enabled or disabled for the completion codes.

• AMA: To filter the completion codes based on whether the AMA option is enabled or disabled for the completion codes.

Operator

Click the operator you want to use to perform the advanced search.

If you click Completion Code in the Column Name field, the following operators are available:

• Equal to (=)

• Not Equal to (!=)

• in

• like

• not like

If you click RPC, Success, Closure, or AMA in the Column Name field, the following operator is available:

• Equal to (=)

Search Text

If you select Completion Code in the Column Name field, type the completion code name based on which you want to filter the completion codes.

If you select RPC, Success, Closure, AMA in the Column Name field, click any of the following:

• true: To filter the completion codes for which the option selected in the Column Name field is enabled.

• false: To filter the completion codes for which the option selected in the Column Name field is disabled.

Refresh

Click to clear the search.

Actions

The following are the options:

• Edit: Click to edit the completion code.

• Delete: Click to delete the completion code.

ID

Displays the unique ID of the completion code.

Completion Code

Displays the name of the completion code.

RPC

Displays whether the RPC (Right Party Connect) option is enabled for the completion code.

Success

Displays whether the Success option is enabled for the completion code.

Closure

Displays whether the Closure option is enabled for the completion code.

AMA

Displays whether the AMA (Answer Machine by Agent) option is enabled for the completion code.

SIP

Displays only to an administrator user whether the SIP option is enabled for the completion code.

Description

Displays the description of the completion code.
