Deleting a campaign attribute

About this task

You cannot delete a campaign attribute if any native agent script or reporting table is using the campaign attribute.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Campaign Attributes.
  3. On the Campaign Attributes page, click the Action icon Action icon corresponding to the campaign attribute and click Delete.
  4. On the confirmation message, click Delete to delete the campaign attribute.
