Agent Group Configuration page field descriptions

This page displays the agent groups. Use this page to do the following depending on your role:

Add agent groups.
Edit agent groups.
Delete agent groups.
Assign agents to agent groups.


Field or Button	Description
New Agent Group	Click to add a new agent group.
Delete	To delete an agent group.
Search Agent Groups	Use this field to search agent groups.
Filter	Click to perform an advanced search. The following fields are displayed when you click Filter: Column Name Operator Search Text
Column Name	Select the column name based on which you want to perform the advanced search. The following are the options: Name Organization
Operator	Click the operator you want to use to perform the advanced search. The following are the options: Equal to (=) Not Equal to (!=) in contains begins with ends with
Search Text	Type the text you want to search.
Refresh	Click to clear the search.


Field or Button	Description
Actions	The following are the options: Edit: To edit the agent group. Agent Assignment: To assign agents to a group. For more information, see Assigning agents to a group. Delete: To delete an agent. For more information, see Deleting an agent group.
Name	The name of the agent group.
Organization	The name of the organization to which the agent group belongs. This field is visible only if the organization is enabled on Avaya Experience Portal.
Description	The description of the agent group.
