Terminating a callback

About this task

You cannot delete a callback which is in an Active Attached To Job or Waiting For Job state. However, if you do not want to attempt a callback which is in an Active Attached To Job or Waiting For Job state, you can terminate the callback.

After you terminate a callback, its status changes to Manually Cancelled. You can then delete the callback.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Callback Manager.
  3. On the Callback Manager page, select one or more callbacks that you want to terminate and click Terminate.
  4. On the confirmation message, click Yes.
