Creating a rule

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Campaigns menu, click Rules.
  3. On the Rules page, click New Rule.
  4. On the New Rule page, add the relevant details.
  5. Click Save.
