Note:

You cannot associate empty attribute values. If you edit an attribute and the attribute is not associated with any value, the edited attribute does not appear in the contact browser

Note:

If you edit the phone attributes and update the phone number for a contact, and want POM to recalculate the time zone associated with the phone number, you must empty the existing time zone value in the respective time zone attribute. To update the country code attribute, you must empty the existing country code value in the respective country code attribute.

If the phone number or the email id of any contact already exists in the DNC list, you can edit all other attributes of that contact except the phone number and the email id.

POM displays the time zones in the Contacts tab using the display names. To add, edit, or import contacts, you must specify the time zone using the time zone IDs. For a complete list of supported time zones, see Supported time zones.

POM supports G14 languages. For a complete list of supported languages, see Supported languages.

Note:

If you use the predefined Language attribute, POM allows only specific values (for example, en-us to specify US English)

About this task

Use this procedure to modify the contact records in a contact list.

Procedure

  1. In the navigation pane, click Proactive Outreach > Manager.
  2. On the Contacts menu, click Contact Lists.
  3. On the Contact Lists page, click the required contact list.
  4. Click the Contacts tab, and under the System Contact ID column, point to the required contact record.

    POM displays actions icon for more options.

  5. Click actions icon and click Edit.
  6. After editing the required fields, click Save.
